General
🌸Please make sure to include as much detail as possible for your commission inquiry
🌸Full payment is required before I begin the commission.
🌸Negotiation for payment plans are available if the commission quote is estimated above $300 USD.
🌸If payment isn't received before expected due date, I reserve the right to cancel the project.
🌸Prices are subject to change from base price according to the complexity of your particular commission (e.g, backgrounds, extra accessories, complex angles, etc...)
🌸Credit must be given a permanent spot wherever you may showcase my works on your platforms.
Revisions
🌸Up to five revisions are allotted while the commission is still in progress before the render phase.
🌸Major revision requests after the commission has passed render phase is charged with a negotiable revision fee.
🌸Color adjustments are generally free
Deadlines and Delivery
🌸Average turnaround time is about 2 weeks once client has been notified that work has begun.
🌸The client will be notified if expected time is extended.
🌸Progress updates will be sent as needed for feedback.
🌸Client is welcomed to message me on via Email, VGen, Discord, or Twitter.
🌸When the commission is complete and ready, a google drive link will be sent along with the appropriate art files.
🌸Variations of the art file will be sent such as transparency, flat background, with background, etc.
Refunds
🌸Refunds are accepted if work has not yet started or if I may cancel the project myself.
🌸Client must not file a chargeback after project has been completed.
🌸If a project is cancelled due to the client's inability to comply with any Terms of Service, I reserve the right to cancel the project without any refunds.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
🌸ART MUST BE CREDITED WHEN IN USE.
🌸I reserve all rights to any deliverables until the agreed payment is paid in full.
🌸No commercial fee is required for streaming/content use. however credit is still required.
🌸Commercial rights are withheld unless explicitly negotiated. Depending on rights requested, additional fees will be incurred and agreed upon.
🌸Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for the purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
Terms of Service Changes
🌸I may choose to revise these Terms at any given point.
🌸By continuing to use my services, the client agrees to any revisions in the Terms.
🌸Only ongoing projects will not be affected by new changes depending. If so, the client will be notified of any changes made that may affect their project.
