General
🌸Please include as much detail as possible when inquiring about a commission.
🌸Full payment is required upfront before work commences.
🌸Payment plans may be available for commissions with an estimated value above $300 USD, subject to negotiation.
🌸If payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, I reserve the right to cancel the project.
🌸Prices may vary from the base rate depending on the complexity of the commission (e.g., backgrounds, additional accessories, complex angles, etc.).
🌸Proper credit must be given in a permanent location wherever my work is displayed on your platforms.
Revisions
🌸Up to five revisions are allowed while the commission is in progress, before reaching the render phase.
🌸Any major revision requests after the commission has entered the render phase will incur a negotiable revision fee.
🌸Color adjustments are generally free of charge
Deadlines and Delivery
🌸The average turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks, starting once the client has been notified that work has begun.
🌸Client will be notified if there is any extension to the expected completion time.
🌸Progress updates will be provided as needed for feedback during the commission process.
🌸Client is welcomed to message me on via Email, VGen, Discord, or Twitter.
🌸 Once the commission is complete, a Google Drive link will be provided with the appropriate art files.
🌸Variations of the art file will be provided upon request, including options such as transparency, flat background, with background, etc.
Refunds
🌸Refunds are accepted if work has not yet started or if I decide to cancel the project.
🌸Client must not file a chargeback once the project has been completed.
🌸If a project is canceled due to the client's failure to comply with any Terms of Service, I reserve the right to cancel the project without offering a refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
🌸Art must be credited whenever it is used or displayed
🌸I reserve all rights to the deliverables until full payment has been received.
🌸No commercial fee is required for streaming or content use; however, credit must still be provided.
🌸Commercial rights are withheld unless explicitly negotiated. Depending on the rights requested, additional fees may apply and must be agreed upon.
🌸Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for the purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
Terms of Service Changes
🌸 I may revise these Terms at any time.
🌸 By continuing to use my services, the client agrees to any revisions made to the Terms.
🌸 Ongoing projects will generally not be affected by new changes. If any changes do impact a current project, the client will be notified accordingly.
